All We Can Save - inaugural exhibition
Saturday 11th - Sunday 26th April
In a world shaped by extraction and fragmentation, many of us feel disconnected from our roots, from the places and systems we wish to protect. Comprised of learning, listening, sharing, and creating, the ALL WE CAN SAVE project seeks to explore our memories of more-than-human entanglement, roots, radicalism, spheres of influence, and agency through reframing the question, what have we lost? to what can we save?
Digital multimedia exhibition + living repository for climate action open to NRFest ticket holders. Please also join the workshop April 18th, 10am PST/1pm EST/6pm GMT
Concept & Realization: Willow Gatewood
Transformative Art Curation: Sylwia Orczykowska, Art Now

Interspecies Music: On the Nature of Music and the Music of Nature
Talk + Q&A with David Rothenberg
Friday 17th April
9am PST / 12pm EST / 5pm GMT
Musician, composer, author and philosopher-naturalist David Rothenberg joins us to discuss his latest project: the unexpected and stirring rhythms of some of the smallest and loudest creatures on Earth - the secret sounds of ponds. Recording the songs of the animals and plants inhabiting each pond reveals a different perspective than what we meet in our human society. Each pond brings us closer to a new understanding of the non-human world that we share.

All We Can Save Workshop with Willow Gatewood
Saturday 18th April
10am PST / 1pm EST / 6pm GMT
Framing how we view the world, how we ask our questions - positively or negatively - greatly impacts outcomes. We have to ready ourselves for learning, for the ability to imagine positive possible futures; in other words, we must make our minds fertile to accept change. How does an organism ‘know’ how to evolve? What can we save? How do we build connectivity through our roots so our actions ripple outwards?
Today is an exercise in “readying”: translating our thinking into practical action. This workshop with Willow Gatewood includes a hands-on worlding exercise & creative engagement - please come ready with something to draw or write on.
